Packages
For 20 or more participants the tournament package must include a meal. For less than 20 participants a meal will be optional. For less than 20 participants, if a meal is not requested, the price for golfing only will be the same as our regular pricing for golf.

Cart Rentals
If desired, participants may rent carts at the regular price of $15.00/nine holes or $25.00/eighteen holes. Oxbow Country Golf Course has 24 power carts available. If additional carts are required, a surcharge will apply. *Kids under 12 years – ½ price meal.
Tournament Payment Policy
A Deposit of $100.00 is required when the tournament is booked to reserve the date.
Final confirmation of the number of tournament participants along with FULL PAYMENT for the tournament is required FOURTEEN DAYS prior to the tournament date. If a beverage tab is required by your tournament, in addition to the tournament fee charged, a 10% gratuity will be applied to the total additional food and beverage tab. The tournament payment will include green fees, cart rental (if applicable), meal fees and gratuity. All other tournament expenses (ie: club rental) may be made at the time of the event. We accept cash, company cheque, interac, Visa, and MasterCard. Prepaid tournament fees are not refundable for “NO SHOWS”.
We are unable to refund or reschedule any tournaments due to rain or inclement weather conditions unless the course is deemed unplayable.
Cancellations may be made without penalty up to ONE MONTH before your tournament date. Any cancellation made within 30 days of the tournament date will be subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Things to Know
Tournament Planner
- Deposit of $100.00 is required when the tournament is booked to reserve the date.
- Final confirmation of the number of participants along with FULL PAYMENT for the tournament is required FOURTEEN DAYS prior to the tournament date. No refunds will be given for tournaments arriving with less players than were confirmed at the fourteen day deadline.
- The preferred method of payment is one lump sum. This amount is to be paid no later than FOURTEEN DAYS prior to your tournament. We accept cash, company cheque, interac, Visa and MasterCard.
- Cancellations may be made without penalty up to ONE MONTH before your tournament date
- We are unable to refund or reschedule any tournaments due to rain or inclement weather conditions unless the course is deemed unplayable.
- Please have the participants of your tournament pre-arranged into groups of 4.
- Please make sure all information on your tournament confirmation sheet is correct and complete. Also, please fill in your meal selection sheet (if applicable), and return a copy of these to us at least 2 weeks prior to your tournament date.
All Tournament Participants
- Absolutely no liquor or ice chests will be brought on to the golf course property. We will be happy to run a beverage cart for your tournament upon request.
- ALL golfers should arrive at the golf course at least 30 minutes prior to the first tee time.
- Read and know the Rules for Oxbow Country Golf Course.
